Understand that I have the right to decline a commission without needing to explain my reasoning in depth. If I say no, I mean it. Any harassment afterwards will simply add you to a blacklist.

I will not do any art of bigoted or majorly political themes. Trans/Gender positivity as a whole does not count towards 'political' even with the state of my home country (the US) being as it is forcing this kind of subject to be somewhat 'political'. I mostly mean stuff like racism, far right propaganda, anti-vaccination related, homo/trans phobic subject matter, etc.

Communicate clearly to me if you have a deadline, otherwise Commissions will be done in the order they are received and could take anywhere from a week to months to complete depending on the project. If you wish to have a rush job done, it will cost extra which we will discuss at the start of the commission process.

Any payment will be done through Paypal or Ko-fi. If it is done through Ko-fi I will ask that you pay a little extra to cover the transfer fee to Paypal is unfortunately rather large. On this note, all my prices are listed in USD as I am in the US. If you need help with converting your local currency to see if you have enough for a certain commission, I'm happy to help you.

I typically ask for the full payment upfront so that if you need a refund I can give you a partial one in the beginning stages. Under certain circumstances I will allow payment plans, simply communicate the situation with me and we can work something out.

On the topic of refunds: Partial refunds are allowed through the sketch phase - once line art begins I will not allow any refunds unless it's an emergency (shit happens I get it but don't take advantage of my kindness).

Revisions are allowed through the sketch phase up to 3-5 times depending on the piece, and once line art begins only 2 times. If the piece involves color in any way there will be no changes made beyond that point unless you're willing to pay extra.

My prices have recently increased due to becoming unemployed recently, do not come asking me for my old prices if you've commissioned me before. Please respect my decision to raise my prices as I have more time to put into my art now - I can now dedicate more effort which I believe should result in more compensation.

I will not draw: NSFW (sexual or heavy gore), political/bigoted subjects mentioned above, Complex cityscapes/backgrounds (within reason, willing to discuss), Full Nudity, Full mecha/robots

I am willing to draw: Canon and OCs, Ships, Partial Nudity, Furries (must be discussed before hand as I don't have ALOT of experience in doing so), armor and some mechanical parts / machines (also needs discussion), soft/pastel gore, Complicated character designs (possibly will need to discuss extra price but I am more than happy to draw complex designs as long as a proper reference is given). Simple-Moderate backgrounds.

You are allowed to use my art for personal use as long as you credit me / don't remove my watermark. I'm not comfortable with my art being used commercially (I don't think its really worth that level in all honesty) but if you'd like to discuss such a thing, I am open to it as long as you're aware that there would be a fee involved.
